wellz training waz great!!was practicing b4 training n playin match.er i think chow was gonna do a lay up or something so i went in front of her...i dunno how but i stepped her foot...i think she stepped mine to cause we like somehow banged and fell...haha...when she fell,she went towards the east n i went towards the south...i think when i fell , my rite ankle twisted...y do i always twist an ankle of mine wheneva i fall?aiyoh...well i couldnt fell the pain until like 7:05 i think....so pain leh...owwwwwwwww......thank goodnees my mom is asleep cause i m still banned from the computer...lucky me!!let me tell u a short story...there was once a girl.she and her friend went to keep the basketball.the room was so dark.the friend opened the door 4 the girl then closed it with her outside.so the room was in total darkness.so the girl switch on the lite.the girl tried to open the cage to keep the basketball but it could not open.she didnt realize that her plastic bag was preventing her from opening the cage.soon finally she put back the ball.she saw her frens face @ the door.she went to off the lite.she looked @ the door again.her frens face wasnt still there.she blinked n suddenly her frens face appeared.gave her the shock of her life.her heart jumped into her mouth that she screamed and her heart dropped out.now if u were this girl what would u have a)shout omgggggg.b)scream n shout omgc)jump and scream at the same time.then ask her to go n die 4 scaring u.d)all of the above.wellzi gtg now...nth better to do...buh bye

tadae was sports dae!kinda boring cause i hate the house i m in...green!!hate the colour,the t shirt practically everything ok...haha last team had to run in the rain...pity...too bad who ask them wanna run...sneaking this blog...suppose to research somethin on home econs...yesterdae also i sneaked...suppoose to study geog on the net...mom doesnt noe haha!well i gtg my mom is like screaming at me...to study...ahhh..

so sad mom banned me from using the com *sob*...well anyways training was good...i m ok with my lay up on the rite side but not the left...totally suck @ the left.aiyoh...did so many sit-ups...back hurts...did weird stuff...like u lie down on the ground n your legs like er...have to go over your head n touch the floor...wow'had short mass and confession tadae...yay confession too so long that i missed PE!haha non catholic gals had PE.haha!hate my tL teacher attitude...argh...she trys to be sacarstic buts sucks @ being it...just my luck to have her this year i guess...no1 likes her ok...thats how bad she is...hope got another teacher nxt year...oh shit i got to study 4 geog test tmr...so bad rite i must be in school @ 11:30...going earlier @ 10:30 to study...i totally suck @ geog...meeting my fren emily to study together...after that sports dae...go saint theresa go!!!although i dont like that house... too bad i m in it...the hse t-shirt so ugly ok...out of the four hse t-shirts,thats the ugliest...so plain...*sigh*well i gtg n study 4 e geog test... i m sure i will fail it though...nites!!

IJ SUPERSTAR ROCKED MAN!!group performance...ester's group got first...they were damn good!!!@ first i actually had no idea that ester was singing...grace was second runner up i think...she was good also...although i didnt understand a word the judges commented abt her...it was all in chinese...so bad i was sitting behind this idiot which told us that she was gonna become deaf...because of all the screaming n cheering me, deborahLEE,jia her did...when she screamed,it was like so much louder than us ok...we were like now we r gonna become deaf...worst of all shes my frends sis...dunno how to spell her name...kinda weird...haha...well its like almost 11:30pm...better go off to sleep...nite
(ps...had to blog in secret cauce i m banned from using the computer from my mom...all because i dont wanna attend the tamil thingy on learning to love to read tamil books or some sort of crap like that n attend training instead...and she wants me to read tamil books also...aiyoh...even if i go 4 this crap i dont think i will love to read tamil books...i like so hate the subject...dont have a clue wat most of the tamil stuff means...tamil class just look @ the teacher n nodd or something...she told us a story abt somethinggg...a prince killed a calf accidently n the king killed his son becauze of that...couldnt understand no nth...just my luck she picked me to answer a question....i didnt mention names...like the prince n king n cow...from that story i only understood that somethin killed somehtin thats all...haha i answered it correctly...just my luck)

aiyoh...woke up n my left ankle hurts like shit....no worse than that...n my rite ankle also and my left knee...dunno wat to do...except screaming OWWWWWWWWWW!!!cant walk properly...hope it recovers b4 mondae...if not that then wednesdae cause got training...i would not go if fridae i was going...too bad i got to go 4 this tamil primary school camp...dont understand y i must go...i mean its primary school y must they involve sec1s?so sad...*sob*

todae was kinda weird...i n leticia were kinda gossiping bout somethin then bird dropped from no where and landed on its back and like couldnt move...this teacher wanted to help it but she had somethin argent to do...then a primary sch gal carried it and walked towards the stairs...then suddenly the bird flew...every1 there screamed...so scary ok...then while walking with serene to the interchange,she forgot someethin and being a good fren n all i walked back with her...saw this floating stick...and flying objects...then serene kinda jumped n screamed and shocked me so i screamed too...n u noe wat made her scream?a butterfly...went back to sch and decided to practice with the other people who stayed back.oh ya it rained during training rite after we warmed up...not fair...we run 10 rounds round the 200m track and stretched n all n it started to rain...i mean y cant it b ealier?the rain so mean...n after the rain stopped,i had to block grace n i dont know how my leg went in front of her n she moved n so i fell and my left ankle twisted...not pain until it twisted 4 the 3rd time...acxhing like hell...i started to slow down...thank god coach wanted to show me the rite way of doin it...got some time to rest the ankle then went back to block her again...any1 who i block usually get their feet stepped on by me or elbowed or somethin...haha...there is this girl in training i usually mix around with but i dont like her 1 bit.no 1 likes her so sad...she has this attitude problem...a junior...well i gtg tatas

ow my shoulder still hurts from yesterdaes training...aiyoh must prepare a story on environmental awareness by tomorrow for story telling.already got something on mind so i am quite safe...sh8it lah i left all my homework in my locker.tomorrow must go extra early to complete it so sad.cant wait for tomorrows training...the only thing i look forward to in school... but not to thw warm up...10 rounds...so tireing...i dont noe y i am so damn sleepy so i better go n sleep after the i printe out the story...gonna cheat...paste it at the back of the pictures i prepared and read it...no 1 will noe...i noe how to do it without getting caught unlike some people...so ya

today went to the dumb zoo...had to come up with a name 4 each group...so far i think my group had the nicest name because i came up with it haha...babling bumling band of baboons...haha from harry potter...so dumb...yay todae had training...had to run 10 rounds though round the 200m track...dread that n a few other things...like the suiside and the 45 push ups...after doin 1 suiside, the rite side of my back kept hurting wheneva i breathe in...ow and after doin the push ups,my shoulder started to ache...and after the run my left ankle started to hurt a bit...dont know y...i thought it healed already...besides all that my dae was good...i had no idea my younger sis was watchin me train during recess...she always does...so damn irritating...blah blah blah i saw u in basketball...blah blah blah...u were bouncing the ball...blah blah blah...i saw u doin something funny...she so dumb...the so called funny thing was when i was suppose to guard serene doin the sliding thingy...dumb brunet...wellz got so much hmk...gtg cya

i so dun like miss shanthi one bit.all because a few of us were talking;like thats a crime,we had to stay back...even those who didnt talk but in the same group had to stay back like half an hour doing nothing.only when she was satisfied did she let us go.our group was the last...me,joyslyn,gloria and cory....b4 we left she gave us this 10 minute lecture...blah blah blah disrupting the class...blah blah blah...was that suppose to be a scolding or wat?cause if it did,she is quite bad at it...worse dae eva...only thing good is that my ankle healed...gd 4 me...cause tmr going 2 e zoo and after that got training...too bad i am gonna miss training next fridae because of this primary school camp thing tamil sec 1 students have to attend...so bad...aiyoh

btw...varsha if u dun noe wat i told u to write then sae u dont noe ok...now i m in trouble because of u bonehead!!todae was spectacular!!!coming home from school and was raining heavily...no umbrella...called my house...phone...blah blah blah pls try again l8er...so walked home...by the time i reached home my uniform was soaked...something great...my ankle healed on saturday...gd 4 me...todae morning woke up so early 4 school...so dark that i accidently kicked the metal part of the bed with the same ankle but the other side...i think my ankle is cursed or something...morning wanted to practice basketball with serene...couldnt even do a lay up properly...couldnt run 4 that matter...couldnt even do anything rite...so sad...hope it heals b4 wednesdae...because gonna go to the dumb zoo with classmates n after that got training...ankle doesnt hurt that much so i must just pray it will heal...gtg now buh bye

training was ok i guess...good news-i survived...bad news...probably cause during training i had to move quick to like block kerin and my ankle like i dunno twisted?thank god i didnt sprain it kim bought me ice to put on my ankle...kim,samm n mitch were there...1 asked me to remove my sock n put the ice...1 sae dun remove...the other said cant have direct contact...then shila came along and asked me to remove my sock n put the ice then i was like...1 ask me remove 1 sae dun remove wat to do?then she laughed n went away...had to sit on the bench and there was so many insects ok...already i dun take it so well with ants but flying little insects?scary...only had to watch the rest train...felt as if watching tv with an endless screen...even if i was watching them train on tv, i would probably fall asleep...1 score 1 dun score...aiyoh...next time i should pretend that my ankle is ok lol..celebrated li rong's birthdae also...had cake...so chocolaty...tastes great like chocolate..haha

training ahhh!!!!!ankle hurts like shit lah!!!because of the blocking thingy i did with kerin a few days back...damn sister gave me a bloody lecture....dun go 4 training or go 'sing sae?'...i was like i wanna go 4 training but dun wanna go 'sing sae?'...argue n argue n finally she said that she will just sms the captain good enough.so damn irritating ok...then @ sch the next dae rachel called me and while walking towards her i was like...my sis smsed u...then she said yes and kept asking me if my ankle was ok...was there any pain and stuff...so called argued and got to go 4 training...but she asked me to go out if there was any pain...but still i got to train...yay...to tell the truth my ankle was still hurting like hell lah...ow...wore ankle guard...there was this constant pain in my ankle...but not that bad as yesterdae i think...after training ended,i was practicing again with some friends and she calls me again and ask if my ankle was ok...i said yes...then she told me that i should go to the 'sing sae?' i was like i dun wanna go..then she said if i dun go then if i injure it again i wont be able to train no more cause of the pain...then i said dun train dun train lah...then i told her that she n my sis has somethin in common...the 'sing sae' thing...after some time she dropped the subject and came back to asking if there was any pain in my ankle i was like no...then she ask if really there was no pain and i was like no...then she asked me to answer her truthfully and i said yes.she thought that yes meant that my ankle hurt n i meant that yes i was answering her truthfully(big fat lie)...n i was noooo my ankle is ok...after some time i think she was convinced n allowed me to go back...i was like ok so far 2 lectures...1 from my sis n 1 from her...aiyoh...decided to play water fight in the shower room with some people...then showered n went my frens house then went home...finally peace n quiet...i bet if rachel told my sis i trained, gonna get another lecture...so must go n sleep early b4 my sis come hom e from her own training @ her JC...wouldnt b a problem sleeping cause i m exhausted and my ankle hurts...so i m gonna sleep now...gd nite
(ps.i dun like some seniors cause they keep calling me alvina's sis...now thats annoying...like chow n stacey...now the whole world will noe i have a sis named alvina...like i dun have a name or something...feel like screaming @ them wheneva they call me that n that my name is alyssa and not alvina's sis...did it once to stacey though but i din actually scream...bet they noe my name...but tryin to irritate me or something...or just have a mental disability and they cant absorb that my name is alyssa n not alvina's sister...aiyoh)
