training was ok i guess...good news-i survived...bad news...probably cause during training i had to move quick to like block kerin and my ankle like i dunno twisted?thank god i didnt sprain it kim bought me ice to put on my ankle...kim,samm n mitch were there...1 asked me to remove my sock n put the ice...1 sae dun remove...the other said cant have direct contact...then shila came along and asked me to remove my sock n put the ice then i was like...1 ask me remove 1 sae dun remove wat to do?then she laughed n went away...had to sit on the bench and there was so many insects ok...already i dun take it so well with ants but flying little insects?scary...only had to watch the rest train...felt as if watching tv with an endless screen...even if i was watching them train on tv, i would probably fall asleep...1 score 1 dun score...aiyoh...next time i should pretend that my ankle is ok lol..celebrated li rong's birthdae also...had cake...so chocolaty...tastes great like chocolate..haha

training ahhh!!!!!ankle hurts like shit lah!!!because of the blocking thingy i did with kerin a few days back...damn sister gave me a bloody lecture....dun go 4 training or go 'sing sae?'...i was like i wanna go 4 training but dun wanna go 'sing sae?'...argue n argue n finally she said that she will just sms the captain good enough.so damn irritating ok...then @ sch the next dae rachel called me and while walking towards her i was like...my sis smsed u...then she said yes and kept asking me if my ankle was ok...was there any pain and stuff...so called argued and got to go 4 training...but she asked me to go out if there was any pain...but still i got to train...yay...to tell the truth my ankle was still hurting like hell lah...ow...wore ankle guard...there was this constant pain in my ankle...but not that bad as yesterdae i think...after training ended,i was practicing again with some friends and she calls me again and ask if my ankle was ok...i said yes...then she told me that i should go to the 'sing sae?' i was like i dun wanna go..then she said if i dun go then if i injure it again i wont be able to train no more cause of the pain...then i said dun train dun train lah...then i told her that she n my sis has somethin in common...the 'sing sae' thing...after some time she dropped the subject and came back to asking if there was any pain in my ankle i was like no...then she ask if really there was no pain and i was like no...then she asked me to answer her truthfully and i said yes.she thought that yes meant that my ankle hurt n i meant that yes i was answering her truthfully(big fat lie)...n i was noooo my ankle is ok...after some time i think she was convinced n allowed me to go back...i was like ok so far 2 lectures...1 from my sis n 1 from her...aiyoh...decided to play water fight in the shower room with some people...then showered n went my frens house then went home...finally peace n quiet...i bet if rachel told my sis i trained, gonna get another lecture...so must go n sleep early b4 my sis come hom e from her own training @ her JC...wouldnt b a problem sleeping cause i m exhausted and my ankle hurts...so i m gonna sleep now...gd nite

(ps.i dun like some seniors cause they keep calling me alvina's sis...now thats annoying...like chow n stacey...now the whole world will noe i have a sis named alvina...like i dun have a name or something...feel like screaming @ them wheneva they call me that n that my name is alyssa and not alvina's sis...did it once to stacey though but i din actually scream...bet they noe my name...but tryin to irritate me or something...or just have a mental disability and they cant absorb that my name is alyssa n not alvina's sister...aiyoh)
